New users will see a pop-up window for setting up Anti-Virus.

Only policies which have computers assigned will be displayed. Choose a policy on which to enable Anti-Virus, and click Install. This will enable Anti-Virus in the policy and assign the policy with Install Anti-Virus task on the computer.

Installing Anti-Virus on the selected computers will require the computers to be rebooted to complete the process. Click Install Anti-Virus.
